Sag-Mag was working for us for 10 days Their job was to paint the house, replace any bad wood that needed it, and there was a LOT needed work. They took off the gutters, repaired them, and replaced them properly, installing guttter guards as well. They always arrived at the same time, right around 7-7:15 AM. They were slowed by the weather, and they came on Saturday and made up for it. They even worked a half day on Sunday to the job done before we took a trip. No added charge for working on the weekend

During their work and at the end of the job, they CLEANED UP!

We STRONGLY recommend using them on any project you may have. Their bid was well in line and then some. They were clean and worked hard. If you want quality, you will get it for sure.
@SagMag Construction
I give them 5 Stars!

Shout out to Felix and SagMag construction. Honest, prompt, attention to detail. Even had a broom and cleaned up their work area. Changed out our porch posts and did some trim & soffit work. Going to have them back soon to do all the soffits.

Felix and his crew were professional, honest, and transparent. Not only that but they did great work. The whole process was easy, straightforward, and they really worked with us. From small projects to the biggest remodels, I would trust them. Absolutely going to keep using them for more home improvements and repairs.

Felix and his crew did a fantastic job with all that they did! We have a large house, and they painted the whole stucco exterior. They painted gates, all exterior fencing around the large pool, repaired fascia, resealed all window frames, repaired or replaced all drains; painted the table and chairs by the pool; repaired all rock sidewalks leading to the workshop and additional 2 car garage. They pressure washed the long concrete driveway and sidewalks. Felix himself was on the job working and supervising his crew 95% of the time. I have no problem recommending SagMag Construction

If you're looking for a contractor who actually does quality work right the first time, look no further than SagMag Construction. They just finished a complete small addition on my house, handling everything from the framing and roof to the siding and interior Sheetrock. The work is seamless and professional. Plus, they offer a great financing program that made paying for it super easy and stress-free for me. I couldn't be happier with my new space!

I couldn't be happier with the work SagMag Construction did on my home! Felix and his team painted the exterior of my house and did an incredible job. They even went out of their way to rework the caulking around my windows. The previous owner had used silicone on the stucco, which looked terrible, so they carefully removed it and applied a special polymer to perfectly match the stucco texture. The attention to detail was amazing. Top-quality work for a very fair price. Highly recommend
